CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CONVENIENCE FEE

Residents who pay fees online with a credit card will be charged a 3% convenience fee beginning January 1, 2012.  The board voted 4-2 in favor of the fee.  Currently, it costs the Association approximately $7,900 yearly for residents to use a credit card to make online payments.  Residents wishing to avoid the fee may mail their payments to the address listed on their billing statement, or have their HOA dues directly withdrew from their checking account each quarter.

Winter Over-seeding Announcement

Our landscape management company, DLC Resources, has recommended the Association not over-seed the common areas this winter.  The board of directors have carefully considered and accepted the landscaper's recommendation as it will allow the turf more time to become healthier  and recover from the difficult summer.  The expectations are that this decision will result in healthy turf for all to enjoy next spring!  The board's decision to not over-seed  will also save the community in excess of $40,000.  

Effective October 3, 2011 the City of Mesa is changing the trash/recycle barrel pickup schedule. 

Trash (black barrel) will be picked up on Monday and Recycle (blue barrel) will be picked up on Thursday

If you are planning on making changes to the exterior of your home, landscaping, or property please submit an architectural request and get approval before any work is performed. If you fail to submit your request before you begin work,  a $75 fee may be charged to your account for late submission.
