The block
walls in the community are showing signs of age. In the current economy
we competing heavily with other communities for home sales. In order to
provide the best possible home prices, we need to make the community
look it's best. All the Association walls were painted last year, now we
need homeowners to do their part.
Your exterior walls and block posts
the need to be painted either "Coca Mocha" or the color of the body of
your house.
To
help we have obtained two excellent painting companies who have agreed
to the pricing below for Parkwood residents.
$95 - Corner
lot or Houses with long walls that haven't been painted by the HOA.
$50 - All
other houses.
Painting
quotes are for street or neighbor facing side of walls only. Quotes include the
paint. Those wishing to have the interior walls of their yard painted
can also send an email and the painter will go over and give them a
quote for that. We already have two people that have elected to do
that.
If anyone
needs help repairing their gates or staining them, the painter can give
them a quote for that as well.
All the
painter needs is the name, address and phone number of those interested.
He will contact them and get the painting scheduled. Payment is due
prior to or at the time of service.
