it was said "Wall painting should be completed by March 31 to avoid
incurring CCR fines". This was meant for homes with corner lots or lots
with a sidewall running parallel with the street. If it applies to your
lot, you will be alerted and given ample time to paint the wall.
Here are the prices
quoted by the painter:
$95 - Corner
lot or Houses that have at least one exterior wall of their backyard
that hasn’t been painted by the HOA.
$50 - All
other houses.
Painting
quotes are for street facing side of walls only. Quotes include the
paint. Those wishing to have the interior walls of their yard painted
can also send an email and the painter will go over and give them a
quote for that. We already have two people that have elected to do
that.
If anyone
needs help repairing their gates or staining them, the painter can give
them a quote for that as well.
All the
painter needs is the name, address and phone number of those interested.
He will contact them and get the painting scheduled. Payment is due
prior to or at the time of service.
