Simply select the payment you would like to make. You can select multiple payments to achieve your total. For example, if all you owe is the quarterly assessment, click on "Add to Cart". If you owe $175, you could select three $50.00 payments and one $25.00.

Residents who pay fees online with a credit card will be charged a 3% convenience fee beginning January 1, 2012.  Currently, it costs the Association approximately $7,900 yearly for residents to use a credit card to make online payments.  Residents wishing to avoid the fee may mail their payments to the address listed on their billing statement, or have their HOA dues directly withdrew from their checking account each quarter.
